Who we are

NeatSync (KG Integration LLC) builds websites and custom business software for small businesses. These terms apply when you sign a proposal with us or use a system we built.

The build

The build fee is paid once, up front, before work starts. The proposal you sign lists what is included. Anything not listed is quoted separately before we do it.

We deliver a first version, you review it, and we make reasonable changes within the agreed scope.

Seven-day money back

If you are not happy with the first version, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the build fee in full. After that, the build fee is not refundable.

The monthly plan

Your monthly plan starts the day your system goes live. It covers hosting, updates, support and small changes. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice.

If a monthly payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause the system until it is paid.

Your content and accounts

You own your business name, logo, photos, text and customer data. You are responsible for the content and offers on your site and for following the laws that apply to your business.

Some features use outside providers, such as payment processing, phone numbers and texting. Their own fees and terms apply, and payment accounts are opened in your business's name.

AI features

Some features use AI, for example drafting replies or answering calls. AI can make mistakes. Review anything important before you rely on it.

What we are not responsible for

We work hard to keep your system running, but we cannot promise it will never go down. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. We do not give legal, tax or financial advice.

Ending the relationship

If you cancel, we give you a copy of your data on request. Either side can end the agreement if the other seriously breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
