What we collect
When you contact us or fill in our form we collect your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you choose to tell us or upload, like a logo or photos. If you book a call we keep the time and topic.
How we use it
To answer you, put together a preview and a proposal, build your system, and send you emails about your project. We use AI tools to read your inquiry and draft a first reply and suggestions. A person reviews it.
Who sees it
Only us and the service providers that run our systems, such as our hosting, database, email and AI providers. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Data in systems we build for you
When we build a system for your business, the information your customers enter belongs to you. We only access it to run, support and fix the system.
Emails and texts
We email you about your inquiry or project. You can ask us to stop at any time. If we ever text you, it will only be after you agree, and you can reply STOP to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information while we are talking with you and for up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client records are kept as long as you are a client and as long as the law requires for billing.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@neatsync.net.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
